I’m Andrea, Mommy to Hazel, my very independent toddler and Wilson, my very large labradoodle.
My path to setting up a LullaBaby Franchise is probably very different to most, as my background isn’t in education or childhood studies but in Marketing, where I have worked for 17 years. After having Hazel and experiencing Lockdown, I knew that my life needed to change.
I have had very little work life balance since I started out within my industry and this only got harder when a baby was added to the mix. Having had such a lovely and positive experience on Maternity leave, attending various classes with Hazel, meeting other new Moms and sharing stories as well as offers of support, I knew this was the type of environment I wanted to be in a part of and work within.
I reached out to Jo (LullaBaby founder) to discuss the possibility of setting up a franchise, I instantly knew that I wanted to be part of the LullaBaby team. Jo has put so much thought into each of the classes, which is based on her wealth of experience, they offer so much to the babies and of course, just as importantly to Moms (and Dads) too. I knew this was the change I needed, so here I am, ready for a huge career change (and currently studying Childhood Psychology part time too).
I can’t wait to start classes and meet you all really soon.
